ML Plaza which is planned as multiplex cum shopping mall at Agartala & North East. Rupasi had a definite edge over pther three cinema halls in Agartala town namely - Suryaghar, Rupchaya and Chitrakata, all of which had started their Cinema business years before Rupasi Cinema in 1971. The other three cinema halls have since changed hands and the new owners started other business and/or sold their land to others.
